Margo has been with the College of Education at the University of Arizona since January 2010; first with the Department of Educational Policy Studies & Practice, then joining the Office of the Dean in 2015. As the Director and Fiscal Officer, she oversees the successful function of the college post-award team, reviews account expenditures for allocability and allowability, and provides financial reporting to PIs. As part of her duties on the Research Support Team, she also builds budgets for the research proposal submissions. Margo has worked in higher education since 1997, beginning her career in Massachusetts before relocating to Phoenix, Arizona in 2006. She has had the opportunity to work in student services, student affairs, business administration/financial management as well as research funding administration.
Margo is a mother of 3, but a mom of 5 in her blended family. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband.
